Bart is the General Counsel of Sanad and has overall responsibility for managing all legal affairs of the Group. He is a member of the executive management team at Sanad and reports directly to the Group CEO. He is responsible for ensuring that the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and works closely with the management team to support the ongoing operations to further the growth of the Group.

Prior to joining Sanad, Bart was Senior Legal Counsel for a leading Dubai based conglomerate and a FTSE 250 listed company in the UK, where he was responsible for providing legal support on all commercial transactions, joint ventures and other investments for each company.

Bart began his career as a corporate lawyer for a number of international law firms in the UK, advising their clients on a broad range of public and private M&A transactions.

He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and holds an LLB in Law from Cardiff University.
