In his role as Group CFO, Kashish plays a critical role in the overall management and growth of the Group and provides strategic guidance to ensure that the company’s objectives, in line with the overall strategy, are met. Kashish is responsible for the financial stewardship of the Group, including financial affairs, budgeting and reporting, investments, and treasury management. Kashish also oversees the Group’s Supply Chain Management and Information Technology functions, where he has successfully led major transformations that significantly contributed to achieving Group’s financial and strategic objectives

From 2010 to 2014, Kashish served as Vice President at Mubadala Investment Company, where he was a key member of the Acquisitions and Investment Management Team. During this time, he focused primarily on Mubadala’s Aerospace portfolio, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Continuing his career with Mubadala, Kashish took on new challenges and in January 2014, he joined Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies LLC (ADAT) to oversee the carve-out of the Engine Services Division, which led to the formation of TS&S Aerospace. He later played a pivotal role in facilitating the merger of TS&S Aerospace with Sanad Powertech, Sanad Aerotech and Sanad Capital, resulting in the formation of the Sanad Group. With his exceptional leadership and expertise, Kashish has been instrumental in positioning the Sanad Group as a leading provider of MRO and capital solutions in the aviation industry.

Kashish began his career in 2004 at Morgan Stanley where he worked across multiple industries and products in its offices in Mumbai, London and Dubai. His experience with Morgan Stanley is spread across advising entities on Mergers & Acquisitions, restructurings and fund raising through debt, equity and equity-linked products.

A rank holder Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Kashish holds a bachelor degree in Commerce with distinction from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, India.
