Mansoor is the Group CEO of Sanad, and in his role he is responsible for the delivery of the group’s global MRO and leasing results and for the development and delivery of the group’s strategic initiatives.

Mansoor began his career with Mubadala in 2008 and steadily progressed through various positions leading key regional and global aerospace projects quickly becoming a leading figure in the Aerospace sector. He served as Senior Vice President at Mubadala’s UAE Cluster platform, where he played a pivotal role in finalizing agreements with Airbus and Boeing for developing aerospace manufacturing capabilities, including the Strata-Solvay Joint Venture. He was also instrumental in establishing the Aerospace Research and Innovation Center (ARIC) at the Khalifa University of Science and Technology Abu Dhabi and is also on the Chairman of the advisory board for the Global Aerospace Summit.

Mansoor joined Sanad in 2017 and has since been involved in strengthening relationships with leading globalengine OEM’s such as GE, Rolls-Royce, and Pratt & Whitney. Through Mansoor’s leadership, Sanad signed multiple agreements valued over $7 billion with major OEMs and global airlines. He was also instrumental in Sanad’s expansion to new markets including Eastern Europe, South America, and Asia.

Mansoor holds two degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach — a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, and a B.S. in Aviation Business Administration — in addition to a CFA level 1 qualification.
